  2.   License Agreement for Mocha Mac Telnet

  4.   Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
  5.   If there is any questions, do not hesitate to contact MochaSoft

  9.   It is possible to run Mocha Mac Telnet without a license key. This should only
  10.   be done in a trial periode, and the program must not be part of any 
  11.   production environment.

  13.   Disclaimer of Warranty

  15.   THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  16.   WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  17.   OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. 
  18.   Because of the various hardware and software environments into 
  19.   which Mocha Mac telnet may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  20.   PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  22.   Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  23.   thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  24.   The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  25.   LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  26.   REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  28.   License system
  29.   ==============
  30.   There are two different types of license.
  31.  
  32.     - single user license, 25 USD.
  33.     - unlimited license for a single company, 250 USD.
  34.  
  35.   A company license can be used by a single company and it is possible 
  36.   to use an unlimited number of copies. If there are branch
  37.   offices or home workstations, a single company license will be valid.
  38.   For a multi-national company, we must ask for a company license for 
  39.   each country.

  44.   Evaluation and Registration

  46.   This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  47.   software for evaluation purposes without charge.

  52.   Governing Law

  54.   This agreement shall be governed by the laws in Denmark.

  56.   Distribution

  58.   Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  59.   Version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the 
  60.   Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; 
  61.   give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; 
  62.   and distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation 
  63.   in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  64.   of the above.

  66.   You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  67.   donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  68.   distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
